CARNIVAL

Hello! My name is Margarida. I'm Portuguese and I love Carnival.

It always takes place on a Tuesday, 41 days before Easter. During the holidays, people wear costumes of everything, animals, professions and many other things. This holiday is celebrated around the world. One of the things that my family and I do every year on this holiday is going to Torres Vedras and watch the parades.

What I like the most is wearing the costume and appreciating other people's costumes.
