Nowadays, tattoos and piercings are really
popular. But back in the 1900s, people with tattoos were looked down upon and often
judged, which was really unfair. There are a lot of good reasons for one to use
tattoos and/or piercings, for example, having a tattoo that´s important, like a
mother or father´s name that has passed away. Something that´s also going for
it is that you can use them to look exotic and different.
Everything has pros and cons, though, and this is no exception.
Tattoos and piercings are very expensive, have a bunch load of health risks and
you can´t have them removed so easily, but they´re getting cheaper and cheaper.
Anyway, personally, I like the tattoos
that have a meaning, but I despise those that are huge and just nonsense. As
for piercings, I like the small ones that go in the ear or the nose studs, but
I hate the plug ear piercings which you can throw a baseball through.
All considered, do whatever makes you feel
comfortable and happy because that’s all that matters.
