Hey! Surely you've heard the saying "He who laughs last, laughs best", but what does that mean anyway?
This Portuguese proverb expresses that one should not celebrate or mock those who are at a disadvantage, as someone can reverse the situation and obtain a positive result for themselves and a negative one for those who antagonize them.
This means that the first is not always the most successful. Ana Guimarães, 11º F
