TV Show Review — Gilmore Girls!
Good day everyone! Today I’m going to talk about one of my all time favorite TV series: Gilmore Girls.
Gilmore Girls is an iconic American TV series, created in the 2000s. It has 7 seasons and is perfect for lovers of dramatic comedies! Produced by Amy Sherman-Palladino and starring Lauren Graham (Lorelai Gilmore) and Alexis Bledel (Rory Gilmore).
In this story, we follow Lorelai, who is a young and single mother who tries to raise her teenage daughter. She is a charismatic woman with a youthful soul who has gone through a lot in life. On the other hand, we have Rory, a teenage girl who admires her mother and tries to follow her steps. Lorelai and Rory have an admirable relationship, managing to look more like friends than mother and daughter.
This series is set in a small town called “Stars Hollow” in Connecticut, where everyone knows each other. It lets us connect and identify with all the characters.
The relationships between the different characters became my favourite aspect in the whole series, it contains a perfect mix of friendships, family problems and romance.
In my opinion, this series is a comfort show and it’s absolutely emotional and funny! I rate it 5/5 stars, because I think everyone should watch this TV show! Fátima Silva, 9.º A
