TV Series Review- "The Big Bang Theory"

Hi!

If you're the type of person who likes sitcoms like "Friends" or "How I Met Your Mother" you're most likely to like "The Big Bang Theory".

The series was released in September 2007 and it finished in 2019 on it's twelfth season. It was made by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady and it was directed by Mark Cendrowki.

TBBT (The Big Bang Theory) is about seven friends getting to know each other through the seasons and becoming closer as time passes by. It all starts when Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parson) meets Leonard Hofstadter (Johny Galecki), both geeks and physicists at Caltech who share an apartment. In the same episode they meet their neighbour Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard's friends: Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) and Raj Koothrappali (Kunal Nayyar). Over time, supporting characters as Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik), Bernadette Rostenkowski (Melissa Rauch), and others end up becoming as important as the main ones. As the show continues we can see the characters in various situations like their daily lives, slowly becoming closer and closer to each other.

There was no need for a lot of special effects but when they were necessary they were good. I think both the costumes and make-up were amazing, especially Sheldon who wore T-shirts of his favourite films most of the time. In my opinion, the actors' performance was great.

I personally like this series very much and I think it's a good show to watch, because even though sometimes it speaks a lot about science and physics stuff, it also makes funny jokes and has dramatic scenes. I give it four out of five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
