Ask everyone you want

I’m saying the same thing I said to them.

You’re thinking you’re the problem

But I’m the one who cannot stay

You told me I’m the reason for you to live

And I don’t really wanna be the reason for you to die

But I’m glad to finally move away from here

I tried to do this in many other different ways

But always ended up like that

It’s fighting or leaving

And I wanna enjoy the rest of my days

Please, don’t beg me like this

Don’t ask me to stay

I’m on my way

To another heart

What makes a man cry?

His feelings and his broken heart

Are the only things real in his whole life

I can’t see happiness anymore, I’m done with this depression

I wish I could sing for you and forget all this situation

I’m not holding you, if you wanna go then leave

I just want you to know how it feels

Seeing the love of my life giving up on me

                                           My Top Suggestions on Places to visit in Metro Vancouver, Canada

     Metro Vancouver is a metropolitan region of Vancouver, encompassing 21 municipalities, some being New Westminster, Burnaby, and Surrey. The Metro Vancouver Region is very popular for its tourist attractions, including Grouse Mountain and Stanley Park.

    Grouse Mountain is one of Vancouver’s premier attractions. The mountain’s vast list of activities varies from summer to winter. The summer activities include the world-famous Lumberjack Show, consisting of the display of different woodchopping-related skills mixed up with a bit of comedy, the Owl Talk, a show displaying different types of owls, and sometimes other birds, performing tricks, and guided hikes. On the other hand, the winter activities include skiing and snowboarding, the Mountaintop Skating Pond, which is a frozen Pond used for ice skating, and Snowshoeing, a type of small hikes performed on snowy paths.

    Stanley Park is Vancouver’s biggest urban park, home to a great range of different species, with the bald eagle, beavers, squirrels, and coyotes standing out. The park’s size sits around 4 million square metres and is almost fully enclosed by the waters of the English Bay, Burrard Inlet, and Vancouver Harbor. The park is the perfect place to enjoy nature, both in the forest and on the beach.

    During my time spent in Canada, I visited numerous beautiful places, and Grouse Mountain and Stanley Park stood out to me. I am a fan of nature and enjoy these peaceful and calming places whenever I need a relief from stress. Therefore these suggestions are very biased towards those interests. Personally, the tourist destination I have enjoyed the most was Grouse Mountain due to the shows, especially the Owl Talk (I’ve always had an interest in birds). I hope to have piqued your interest towards Canada and even interested you in a visit there.

Scotland

Scotland is an English-speaking country. The Scottish speak mainly English, but they also use a dialect known as Scottish English, which has the influence of the Gaelic. It is situated in Europe and it is part of the United Kingdom. The capital of Scotland is Edinburgh, its land is 77 933 square kilometres. Scotland has about 5.5 million inhabitants

      Places to Visit

If you have the opportunity to visit Scotland, you can’t miss the Scottish Highlands, St. Andrews, the first Scottish university and the paradise of golf. Go to the Isle of Skye, and visit the medieval castles as well as the fishing villages. Last but not least, stop by the famous Loch Ness, the lake of the legend of the Monster of Loch Ness- hope you don’t believe in monsters, but who knows.

    TEENS and STRESS

I agree that being a teen can be hard sometimes. After all, this is a time where we become more aware of ourselves and everyone around us. We become more judgmental and have more responsibilities that can cause a lot of stress in our daily lives.

 One of my main concerns as a teen, is when I have to expose myself by doing an oral presentation at school. I usually cope with this by thinking if stressing out does any good to me. If I get too nervous, I won't be able to speak properly during presentations and then I will probably get a bad mark. Controlling my breathing helps in these situations, and talking to someone helps too.

 Another concern that I have is thinking about what I'm going to be in the future. It seems that most people I know have a clear future ahead of them, but I don't really know what I want to be when I grow up. Talking to my family has been helping me cope with this stress, and I think everyone that has this problem should too. If not with your parents or family, maybe a close friend that knows you well can help you out.

Summing up, being stressed and coping with it can be hard, but it's better to cope with other people than to suffer alone.
